Job Responsibilities：
⦁ Learn and be familiar with the process of renting and buying a house; provision of property information for rental trading clients; to provide customers with real estate leasing, sales and other services.
⦁ Matching the suitable housing according to customer needs; promote and manage the company’s own properties.
⦁ Establish and maintain good relations and cooperation with major real estate management companies.
⦁ Guide and assist overseas clients to complete remote reservations and online payments.
Position Requirements：
⦁ Undergraduate students, bachelor degree or above in the United States；experience in sales industry is preferred.
⦁ Fluent in Chinese and English, familiar with Chinese and English business mail writing.
⦁ Familiar with office software and social media.
⦁ Good communication skills.
⦁ Team cooperation spirit and the coordinated ability.
⦁ Have good subjective initiative and time management skills.
⦁ Strong ability of self-planning and self-restraint.
Bonus Points:
⦁ Have a real estate agent license.
⦁ Have relevant experience in sales.
⦁ Experienced in new media operation.
⦁ With driver’s license and a car.
